SHIPPING POLICY

All International shipping is posted using International standard which is not tracked and can take 14 to 30 days to arrive.
If you want tracked please select it when ordering or contact prior so it can be arranged

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to return your product/s if you are not satisfied with them. 
Providing the item/s haven’t been used or damaged.
You must pay for the return shipping costs, which will be refunded in full once we’ve received your undamaged/unused item.
Damaged goods: If you receive item/s which have been damaged during transit, please clearly document the damage/s as received and forward to Look for review and processing.

 

Lost Packages

We use ‘Tracked 48’ postage for all UK parcels to allow easy to track and follow through emails to avoid disruption.

To start Investigations for late parcels with Royal Mail need to be made 10 days after the postage date.

If the parcel has not arrived in 37 days from the date of posting, All claims for lost items cannot be refunded. Lost or late.
